Nurturing Neurodiversity Workshops, Groups and Retreats

We are planning to launch a series of workshops and small groups for people with neurodevelopmental conditions.

Sometimes people find it beneficial to engage with others in understanding how a condition affects them. Although it can be anxiety provoking attending workshops and groups with people who are unfamiliar, we take this into account.

The workshops and groups will combine a psycho-educational component to better understand your condition and how to manage it, with therapeutic elements to explore how it has affected you through your life personally. We aim to provide a safe space to practice ways to regulate emotions and overcome barriers that make it hard to live a satisfying life as a neurodiverse person.

With a small number of other people, you will have the opportunity to learn together through shared and varied experience and reflect upon ways to progress through life with self-compassion and hope.

Please enquire and Emma will provide you with more details. We will run our workshops and groups by request when we have sufficient people interested
